In 2017, the S-enyl ester mosquito control Innovation project of Puxing Road Street was officially launched in Pudong New Area. We provided a technical application scheme according to the local hydrological environment, and applied the insecticide to the surrounding residential area and peripheral environment.

two Project implementation process

Puling ® Green biological granulator (hereinafter referred to as "granules") should be used in the following water courses, rainwater Wells, underground garage catchment Wells and other places in urban streets. The granules should be administered once a month from May to October. Light trap and egg trap were used to detect adult and juvenile mosquito densities twice a month. In August, the number of wigglers in the application sites was randomly checked, and the wigglers were collected from the application sites and cultured in the laboratory to observe the emergence of wigglers.

3. Project implementation results

By October, the adult mosquito density was 0.24 (per hour), the positive rate of ovitraps detection was 0.00 (%), and the eclosion inhibition rate was 92.75%. The above test results indicate that the application of Puling ® Green Biological child killing granules in urban residential areas is effective, which significantly reduces the number of mosquitoes and prevents the spread of various malaria, thus creating a healthy living environment for local residents.
